2" wide brass bar pin at top. 7" long overall. Celluloid insert at top reads "Inaugural Committee." Attached front ribbon which holds 1-5/8" dia. medal reads "Vice Chairman" in gold. Attached medal reads "Inauguration Of President And Vice President/Truman-Barkley" in high relief. Text in gold on longer rwb ribbon reads "1789-1949/41st Inaugural/Harry S. Truman/Alben W. Barkley/Jan. 20th 1949." Ribbons are VF, medal is Exc.
