Box image and toy have similar Howdy attire of jeans, shirt, kerchief plus famous freckles and smile. Box has overall moderate wear, missing .5x1" area of surface paper. Has scattered lt. water stains but still complete, tight and VG. Toy has movable front wheels and works, Howdy pumps handle and moves back and forth as toy scoots along. Toy has minimal wear, a few scratches mostly evident where arms touch knees when motion is in progress. Very clean, bright and glossy. Aside from aforementioned knee problems, toy displays Exc.
