Item Description
1.75" with Bastian backpaper used between 1907-1920. Paper may not be correct for this button, but on the other hand, between 1910-1917 Mix made 65 one and two reelers for Selig Polyscope Co. and between 1918 through 1920, he made 20 movies for William Fox. Without the paper, we'd be inclined to say late 1920s but still it is a youthful image so the question remains open. Very minor surface wear shows only in reflected light. Displays as Mint. Hake book Collectible Pin-Back Buttons photo example Cowboys Section #449. Comes with Hake's COA. Only example known to us. Rare.
