O'Neill's arm holding gavel taps coin into Reagan's head. Cast into back plate
reads "Commemorating The Great Political Feud Between President Ronald Reagan
And Speaker Of The House 'Tip' O'Neill/© 1983 Miley's Inc." Has original
aluminum trap. Comes w/2.75x4" fold-over manufacturer's tag titled "Those
Wonderful Mechanical Banks." Inside gives brief history of mechanical banks and
explains design and manufacture of this bank. Mint as made.
