Item Description
This 1.5" button has art like #1039 but smaller and no blue rim. It also has art like the typically seen example in 1.25" used c. 1943. This 1.5" was apparently used very briefly perhaps as a transition between 1941 and 1943. It's the only one we know of and Mint as issued. With it comes 2x3.5" stiff card for club member "Bob Miller" and has typed-in member's name and actual ink-signed name of The Shield signed as "Joe Higgins." Slight tan to card front. Couple dark small brown marks on back. Still VF. Only fourth seen card.
