5.5" long hard plastic friction toy comes in nicely illustrated box. 1960s. Box has some scattered edge wear with light creases. Still tight and Fine. Toy is Exc. with working friction mechanism. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
