Watch comes in lacquered wood box with hinged lid, also designed like Mouseketeer hat, club logo appears on the lid. Both back of box and watch case note "This Is A Special Pre-Production Run Of 500 Pieces Of A Limited Edition Of 5000 Pieces Offered Exclusively By The Disney Catalogue At The Disneyana Convention Commemorating The Mickey Mouse Club's 40th Anniversary."
