5”x7.5”x1.5” deep nicely illustrated box contains complete set by Acme Plastic Toys Inc. copyright 1946 The Superman Inc. Side panels feature different action illustrations in a film-strip style. Lid is designed with perforated edge along top. Die-cut lid design has been punched out but in a clean manner. Box has some dust soiling overall and light aging and is Exc. This is the smaller of two sets and included within are film boxes #2 and #4 (two copies of box #2); films included are #1, #2 and #4. Films are in Exc. condition. Boxes have nice large images of Superman on all four sides. Insert has action images of Superman. Plastic viewer is NM.
