Following page notes "The Majority Of Illustrations In This Book Are From The Pen Of Will H. Chandlee/With Supplementary Illustrations By Alden Turner." Book contains various parodies of Mother Goose stories including: Old King Cole, Woman In The Shoe, Little Miss Muffet, Three Blind Mice, Pussycat-Pussycat, Little Boy Blue, The House That Jack Built, etc. Each pokes fun at FDR and related characters and issues including Eleanor, NRA, CCC, Father Coughlin, Townsend and The New Deal. Dust jacket has patchwork quilt design with patches made up of CCC, NRA, WPA, HOLC, FERA, AAA, CWA. Dust jacket noticeably worn/tears. Jacket Good. Last picture page has 5" tear, o/w contents Exc. Interesting and amusing.
