Item Description
3-3/8x6" matted and professionally framed under glass to 7.25x10". Has twelve tiny punches on margins to denote amounts given by contributors. Text says card is void after Sept. 7th (1912). Text also reads "As A Perfectly Just And Democratic Plan We Are Asking Comrades To Contribute One Day's Wage, But Contributions Of Any Amount Will Be Accepted." Some dust on margins. Used condition but Fine and first we've seen.
