Auction #186 - Part II
Item numbers 897 through 2517 in auction 186
Item Description
15" tall nice quality stuffed doll with velveteen-covered body and jointed arms. 1930s. Comes in original but generic box with company paper label on one side reading "Mickey-Mouse" plus image of teddy bear and dog. Moderate box wear with slight warp, pair of corner splits to lid, 4" split at one corner of box bottom. VG. Doll is missing one button from back of pants, other button on back partially loose but still attached. Right arm has .5" split at seam but this is easily hidden for display. White face and hands noticeably aged with some darker brown spots around nose. Aside from this aging, appearance remains quite nice and the velveteen fabric itself shows very little wear. Fine. Rare.
