1.25" with rim reading "Fifth Annual Concord State Fair Sept. 13-16 '04." Very faint vertical surface scratch at his forehead barely shows at all even in reflected light. All is clean and glossy with normal viewing. Covered tin back by St. Louis Button Co. with vertical pin. Scarce and Exc.
