2.25" tall beautiful mint luster brass badge with eagle perched atop "Souvenir" bar pin. Shield and wreath designed panel below has raised image of him at center and reads "Inauguration Of Woodrow Wilson As President March 4, 1917." Scarce issue for one-day event.
