Item Description
8.75" overall. 4-5/8" long blade. c. 1840s-1890s. Marked on blade "Marsh Bros. & Co./Ponds Works Sheffield." Blade has some darkening. Nice overall patina. Guards look to be German or nickle silver. Nicely decorated with brass inset on the handle for engraving (plain). No sheath. Fine.
