1.75" with celluloid top advertising Los Angeles firm "Wetherby-Kayser Schuco." Lower rim has brass finish with loop to pull out a cloth tape measure. Underside of the piece has silvered mirror. Four tiny black dots on the silvering but o/w everything is N. Mint. Curl has Chicago maker's name G. Felsenthal & Sons. Also see 101 R Ranch rare tape measure #1119.
