Item Description
3.5" with matte surface so a person's name can be written into the rectangular panel. Button appears unused. Ribbons below have some light dust soil but remain in Fine condition and the celluloid is Exc. Reverse is cardboard with the surface layer showing a basketweave pattern which surrounds the horizontal bar pin. Rare limited issue.
