4" tall very heavy white metal badge finished in brilliant brass luster. Hanger has celluloid bar specifying "Citizens Steam Fire Engine Co. No. 3/Harrisburg, PA." On lower segment is the place and date of their visit "York, 1911." Below this is inset sepia real photo of a man, most likely a member of one of the fire departments. Reverse has name of maker W&H. Trivial wear. Exc.
