Item Description
1.25" displaying the same concept as #630. The official Expo design and that shown on most buttons is a pair of women with their spread skirts forming North and South America. Both item #630 and this item are take-offs of that official design. On this button the monkeys join hands to form Central America and the monkey forming South America holds a round object under his other arm while he enjoys a cigar with its smoke curling into the shape of Cuba. Button is without backpaper but curl has name of maker W&H. Cello surface has small raised bumps a little noticeable to the touch or in reflected light but only the barest hint of a little age stain on the left-hand side and hardly noticeable at all. Extremely Fine and displaying N. Mint. At least 50 times scarcer than the typical button showing the official ladies design logo.
