Item Description
3.5" with metal back and bar pin. Additional rim text reads "Department of Water and Power." Additional center text reads "Water and Power/City of Los Angeles." Orange bkg. shows fair bit of lt. gray age but widely scattered and not very dark. Curl has maker's name "Western Badge & Button Co. Los Angeles, Cal." Only example we know of.
