Catalogues per year are: 1990/1; 1991/1; 1992/4; 1993/4; 1994/2; 1995/3; 1996/2; 1997/2; 1998/1; 2000/1. Majority of catalogues feature posters from movies: Dracula, Forbidden Planet, Casablanca, The Phantom of the Opera, King Kong, Creature From The Black Lagoon, The Wolf Man; Chaplin films City Lights, A Dog's Life and Gold Rush; The Wizard of Oz; Marx Bros. film A Day At The Races; The Sheik; Walt Disney Silly Symphony Merbabies; Gone With The Wind; Mickey Mouse shorts "The Cactus Kid" and "Society Dog Show." Some props offered include Wicked Witch of the West's hourglass from Wizard of Oz and Cowardly Lion's tail, George Reeves' Superman costume, Harpo Marx's wig/hat and horn cane, Oscar statue, Star Trek uniform. A few with prices realized. Nice quality cardboard slipcase contains complete set of 6 auction catalogues for joint venture between movie poster collector Bruce Hershenson and Christie's. This series of 6 auctions between Dec., 1990 and Dec., 1993 realized 5.3 million dollars in sales and catalogues make up a great reference guide.
