Item Description
We have seen this design one time before, but as a larger 2.5" button and with a 1964 date. This is a 1.5" which has a metal back and bar pin. Pictured is Smokey holding his shovel with a pair of bear cubs by his legs. Text reads in full "Smokey's Timbertennial July 30-31, 1960/International Falls, Minn./Prevent Forest Fires." Rare dated local issue. Essentially Mint.
