Item Description
These buttons are almost always seen in the smaller 1.25" size as they were sold off of a display card in stores. This is the only set in the 1.75" size that we know of and they came from the Marshall Levin Collection who in turn got them directly from the New York City button manufacturer. Each button is Mint as made with incredible mirror-like gloss. Each has text on the bottom curl "Copr. 1955 VIP Corp." All include the name "Jackie Gleason" along with the name of one of his characters or some other expression of his. Rare and Mint. A GEM set.
