Item Description
Lot of 5 club items including membership card, button "Shadow Secret Society Bulletin," Shadow index book and mailing envelope. Stiff paper card is 2.25x3.75" and features Shadow portrait logo on front, text on back including facsimile signature and individual "Code Number" 1199. Index book lists "The Shadow" pulp adventures. These items are from the 1970s revival club sponsored by "The Shadow" comic book artist Jim Steranko. Card is unsigned and N. Mint. Button has tiny bump caused by bar pin on reverse, only noticeable in reflected light. Exc. Bulletin and Shadow index book are Exc. Mailing envelope has "Third Class" stamp with "Parcel Post" crossed out in ink and has some surface indentations and handling wear. Fine. See following item #1398.
