Widow Zander and Uncle Bim range in height from 3.75" to 3-7/8". c. 1920s. From daily strip "The Gumps" that began in 1917. Character names and "Germany" incised on back. Widow Zander also has a Sidney-Smith copyright. Widow has slight dust soiling and is VF. Uncle Bim has 1/8" chip on forehead and does not stand as produced. Displays Exc.
