8.25" tall (standing on 1" wooden base). Solid pewter statue by Hudson Fine Pewter ©1980 Walter Lantz Productions Inc. This is #181 of a limited edition run of 5,000. Woody stands on base with his name and Walter Lantz copyright as well as inscribed artist initials. Base is Exc., statue itself is Mint. Great design.
