Item Description
1.5" tall die-cut shield has portrait of him at center surrounded by a burst design in brass luster contrasting to the brass coloration of the badge's outer edge. This badge came post-war c. 1948 with a boxed lasso from a company in the Philadelphia area named "Round-Up Products." The badge came either a soldered horizontal bar pin or with a pair of tabs on the back as with this example. Badge surface shows very tiny traces of wear but coloration remains near 100% with all-over bright luster. Only about the fifth example we've had and a rare piece as distribution was apparently limited to the Philadelphia area. Exc.
