4x10.5" long by 3.25" tall box. c. 1940s. Box illustration shows Tracy, Sam Ketchum, B.O. Plenty. Illustrated instructions on side. Box is flatttened, missing end flaps, inner flaps remain. Moderate wear. Surface dust. Box Good. 10" long plastic car with 1.75" long decal. Decal 100% complete. Friction mechanism/siren works well. Missing windshield. Front bumper cracked. Of all Marx Dick Tracy cars, rarest one. Despite defects, still displays Fine.
