6x8.75" 8-page manual. Contents include two-page description on the "Mysto-Matic" decoder badge as well as the Code Captain pin. Light handling creases in upper left corner, color remains bright. Overall Fine. Comes with mailing envelope. Corner with handling creases. Envelope VG. Also comes with 4x5.75" membership form/order blank with instructions to become a Code Captain in 1939. Light handling wear. Fine. Last is 1-5/8" dia. with two shades of brass luster (as made) decoder. Center dial reads "Secret Code ROA 1939." Tiniest traces of wear but Exc. with near full bright luster.
