8.5x11x2.75" deep full-body, painted plaster. ©1950 C. Moore Plaster Co. Recessed area in back to hold string. Hole in Swee' Pea's pee pee. Wire hanger at top as made. Full-body variety rather than just head. Popeye's adopted son is shown with anchor images on his bulging forearms. Light aging and wear. VF. Rare and first we've seen.
