Item Description
The one celluloid pinback is the only one with stain. This has black on
red rim text reading "I Buy At The News Stand - The Labor Paper." Center has
small hammer and sickle image above the title "The Daily Worker." Two other
pieces are die-cut celluloid stars, each on a movable 1" stickpin. One reads
"Read Communist Press" while the other presumably says the same thing but in
Hebrew. The other 5 items are all litho buttons. The two showing hammer and
sickle read "Read Communist Press" on one and presumably the same in Hebrew on
the other. Text on the remaining three is "Read The Daily Worker, Friends Of
The Daily Worker, Read The Daily Worker - Peoples Champion Of Liberty, Progress,
Peace & Prosperity. The one other defect in the group is a small bend on
the bottom point of the celluloid star with Hebrew text. Lot of 8 -
