Item Description
28.5x41.25" poster with additional 4.5x19.75" "Coming" marquee attached at top. Triangle Poster Printing Co. of Philadelphia, PA. c. 1930s. Poster reads "Coming - Walter L. Main Circus Presents The Latest Sensation - Tarzan The Ape Man In The Flesh." Given Tarzan's popularity at the time, his name is largest on poster. Poster has professional restoration with some color touch-ups at creases. Poster was orignally folded and has a number of .5" to 1.5" tears. Handling wear/creasing is most noticeable on white areas of lettering. As linen-mounted, overall appearance is Fine.
