Item Description
4" dia. stiff paper premium consists of pair of disks fastened at center with rivet. Top disk includes image of Captain Marvel sending out code while disk rim shows portraits and comic book ads for "Spy Smasher, Bulletman, Captain Midnight, Captain Marvel Junior." Additional text mentions Captain Marvel's comic book appearances and "Fawcett Comics Are The Best." Second disk has "True-Code" letters which are visible through die-cut opening at top. Aside from marks on paper clips on reverse, decoder retains a N. Mint appearance.
