3" showing black GI with rifle next to outline of USA over-printed on the map by "Our War Is Here!" Text above is "Blacks Fight No One Else's War No More/No Volunteer/No Registration/No Draft." Tiny 1/16" faint dot on upper rim edge and two similar along bottom edge but the 3 show very little and rest is clean. VF.
