Item Description
10x13x1" deep vacuform plastic with cardboard backing. Designed like a framed picture with high relief portrait of Frankenstein. Simulated plaque on front reads "First Place Master Monster Maker Contest 1964 - Sponsors Aurora Plastic Corp./Universal Pictures Co. Inc./Famous Monsters Of Filmland Magazine." The winning models in this contest were featured in issue #32 of the Famous Monsters Magazine. Cardboard backing has scattered creasing and vacuform plastic has wear at edges with a few .25" to .5" splits and numerous small chips. Left-hand corners and bottom right-hand corner have .25" pieces missing. Color rub to Frankenstein's nose and brow as well as edge of frame. VG/Fine. Frankenstein image is striking.
