Item Description
4x8.25x.75" deep and 5x8x1" deep textured, paper-covered cardboard cases, each with snap closures. Smaller of 2 has embossed Superman image, name and city bkg. Superman has "S" shield as seen in comics. Larger of 2 features embossed image of Superman with less detail but same design in white instead of gold. Embossed "Superman" name as well. Both c. 1940s. Both of a deep maroon color. Smaller box has light wear and is VF/Exc. Larger shows light traces of wear and is Exc.
