5" tall one to one scale prototype for Batman action figure designed as part of Kenner's extremely popular "Batman: The Animated Series" line. c. mid-1990s. At the height of this line's popularity, figures were being designed around names. This appears the case as the figure we are offering features the "Tornado Batman" body with different sculpt head, featuring Batman wearing his batcycle helmet, which has a mini cape attached to its back. N. Mint. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
