Item Description
Issued by Leaf Gum Co. in 1948. First item is 3.5x3.5" waxed paper pack with design repeated on each side. Top edge opened but o/w pack is sealed on the remaining 3 sides and still contains broken gum pieces. Still displays as a sealed pack. N. Mint. Included are a pair of 2-3/8x2-7/8" cards. #41 Pierre Le Grand and #133 William Dampier. Each reverse features text along with ad for "Bos'un's Whistle" premium available by sending in wrappers. Each reverse has trace of gum residue staining. Slight aging to fronts but both remain clean with very sharp corners. Exc./N. Mint.
