2.75" with beautiful depiction of young woman holding product in glass. Tiny text on bottom edge "From The Painting Copyright 1906 By Wolf & Co. Phila." along with name of maker Bastian. Bottom curl edge offers a duplicate mirror by sending 5¢ postage to the company. Mirror side has narrow .25" area of missing silvering, a small hairline streak of missing silvering and a number of tiny virtual pinpoint dots of missing silver. In spite of this, probably about 97% of the silvering remains. The celluloid side has a number of rather long hairline scratches but these are very light and just show up a little in reflected light. The piece has no stain, perfect centering and a great deal of gloss. An extremely fine example of an early and rare mirror.
