Item Description
2.5" tall flat die-cut tin, possibly a Cracker Jack giveaway. Depicts man in uniform with braid across chest and wearing top hat. He has an elongated nose that ends up pointing to one of the numbers on the wheel which is riveted on his hat but free to spin. Also see popcorn slogan button #978. c. 1930s and Mint paint.
