Item Description
Same design as previous items #1826-1827, however, this version features some different text and images and was produced especially for the 1933-1934 Chicago World's Fair. Top features same images of Mickey and Minnie with text reading "Mickey And Minnie At The World's Fair Chicago 1933-1934." On the front, rather than images of them at the entrance of a bank there are images of buildings "Hall of Science/Travel And Transportation/Federal." Comes with original key. Scattered trace of wear to the brass-plated side panels but much luster remains. Fabric covering has scattered trace of age spotting. Fine. Not only a nice Expo variety, but also color variation in cream. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
