Item Description
8x11.5x1" deep as folded complete and unused set. 1930s. Main unit is cardboard easel desk, attached at top is storage box containing colored pencils and eraser. Has separate 3x8" cardboard slipcover band noting contents. Both this and the box feature images of Mickey as magician performing for Minnie and their nephew, Donald and Pluto. Back of band has image of Mickey using this set with a personal message from him along with a coloring code for the included pictures. There are six different pictures which form a 7x35" fold-out sheet. Characters included are Mickey, Donald, Pluto and Goofy including Donald as a fireman and Mickey as cowboy on Tanglefoot. Sheet lightly aged but unused. Rest of set has additional trace of aging, dust soiling. VF. A rare set, especially in unused condition. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
