13.5" tall. 1930s. Quite different from the previous item #1897. Doll is all stuffed oilcloth with separate fabric hat, collar and 4 felt buttons on jacket. Has separate oilcloth eyes and felt tongue attached inside open mouth. Stitched tag on right side. Music mechanism key attached to back can be turned but no longer produces music. Left underarm area has tiny trace of wear to the glossy finish but this is not visible when posed for display. O/w shows just the slightest trace of aging and is overall an exceptional example in choice, Exc. condition, as nice as can be found.
