Large 21x27x4" deep box contains multi-piece outfit by Creation Masport/Made In France. c. 1960s. Outfit consists of a faux wool jacket with fringe trim and a faux coonskin cap. Vinyl belt with metal buckle. Also included is a plastic clicker pistol and plastic knife with handle designed with eagle head and horse head image. Attached to the jacket is a 2.5x5" molded plastic figural piece with relief image of Davy Crockett holding rifle. Attached to the bottom of the jacket is cardboard panel reading "Davy Crockett" along with Walt Disney copyright. Attached just below this to the box insert is a 4x6" full color cardboard picture depicting Fess Parker and Buddy Ebsen as Davy Crockett and George Russell. Back panel of box features an illustrated game (not relating to Davy Crockett) featuring cowboys and Indians, Robin Hood, Zorro, etc. Apparently this game appeared on all of their boxes and images shown probably represent other costumes produced by them. Box has scattered edge wear with some light creases and a 1" tear at top. Fine. Outfit remains unused and attached to insert as issued. N. Mint/Mint.
