Item Description
11x13" complete uncut sheet consisting of a set of 21 cards © Flip-Cards Inc. 1950s. Each card is 2.25x2.75" and fronts feature story scenes w/text on backs. At top left corner of the sheet is company title card noting set name "The Three Musketeers By Alexandre Dumas" and an issue price of 10¢. Additional text reads "Cut Them Out...Flip Them...Trade Them" and includes an illustration of boy and girl known as "The Flip Kids." Reverse of this title card has further information on the cards in this series and notes the "First Four Sets" (see #2424-2426). These cards which are numbered on the backs tell the story from beginning to end. Sheet has slightest hint of tan age toning to white areas and tiny trace of corner tip wear but remains uncut and VF/Exc. Scarce.
