5.75" tall beautifully painted and glazed ceramic figurine from Fantasia marked underneath "Vernon Kilns U.S.A." with incised "21" and 1940 copyright. Cute image of winged baby Pegasus frolicking amongst the flowers. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
