By Mavco and one of only a few Disney wind-ups produced by this company (see Donald Duck Straight Shooter #1917) in 1949. Box shows moderate wear with creasing at side panel and three 1"-1.5" tears and one .75" puncture to front panel. Fine. Toy is hard plastic although with a slightly flexible tail and with movable head and ears. Mickey is depicted on his 3-wheeled scooter as he rapidly moves along, his head moves back and forth and leg moves up and down as if he is propelling scooter by foot power. Mint.
