Uncle Sam stilt walker in bkg. and clowns with performing pigs and dog in foreground. Letter "S" has 1.25x1.5" ink stamp for King Bro. Circus - Bill Poster's Billers Union. Bottom .5" shows remnants from date tag sheet removal. Pin holes at corners with tape reinforcements at corners and along middle vertical fold on reverse. .25" hole on performing horse at right has repair. Minor color touch-up at middle fold.
