Item Description
2.5" with a design of upsidedown steps along the bottom of the blue area. Few small hairline rubs in reflected light along with about a dozen very tiny raised celluloid bumps but all remains clean and glossy. Curl has name of South Bend, Ind. maker "Garfield Walker Assoc." Rare and first we've seen.
