Item Description
3 7/8" long tin litho toy with built-in key. c. 1940. This toy is version with gold luster tank body and blue top. Two .25" paint flakes by tank turrets, with some scattered wear to raised portions of treads. Light wear to gold luster, about 95% remaining. Bottom features die-cut tin litho Superman figure in his correct color suit. Scattered paint nicks/scratches, longest being .75" across his chest. Works. VF. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
