4x9" "Catalogue Of Moving Picture Printing" by Allen Show Print contains multicolor advertisements for theater signage. 5x9" "Catalog Of Motion Picture Apparatus - Theatre Equipment And Supplies" by Erker Bros. Optical Co. Contains advertisements for various equipment used in theaters such as signs, sandwich boards, projectors, lighting, tools, tickets and ticket boxes, etc. Both booklets have scattered light handling and aging. Fine/VF overall. c. 1920s. 7-7/8x10-5/8" booklet for "American Theatre Equipment Co." of Columbus, Ohio. Also features advertisements for various theater equipment as well as slides and theater seats. c. late 1920s - early 1930s. 1.25x1.25" area of moisture staining to bottom left-hand corner of cover which has .5" sliver off bottom. Fine. 7x10.25" "Theatres & Picture Houses" hardcover by Arthur S. Meloy and published by Architects' Supply & Publishing Co. in 1916. Inked inscription in front of book which contains various bw photos of classic movie houses and gives insight into the running of such an establishment. Moderate moisture marks to cloth bound hardcover and aging at margins but affecting pages which remain clean and Exc. Cover is VG. Last item in lot is 5.5x8.5" "Superior Cine Manual - 25th Anniversary Issue" which is all for the amateur movie hobbyists. Includes various bw photos of equipment such as hand-held movie cameras. c. late 1950s. Scattered aging with .75x1.25" moisture stain on cover. Fine/VF.
